Will this challenge work?
Hey You! I am up for a challenge? How about you? I recently searched how to not be bloated anymore and I ended up coming across a youtube video about crunches…weird, I know..but I was so intrigued by it and found more and more videos on the 200 crunches a day for a week videos! The results from these participants were out of this world. Some were not too crazy but you can def. see a difference so I started this challenge on Jan 14th. Today is day 3 and I have been doing it. I am pretty excited.
The picture above is a before and after. The after was a couple of months ago and I now have no definition like that so I wanted to bring it back and I thought why not do this challenge hoping it works. I feel like I catfished you all with the photo above when I posted it on youtube haha. So 200 crunches a day for 7 days! You down?
