I wish I could say every morning I take a shower but to be honest my showers usually aren’t until 10 pm or 11 pm. I have two very hyper kids and once they go to bed that is usually when I clean up, prep food for the next day, catch up on my recorded shows and laundry..etc.
I decided to show you what is currently in my shower for example what soap I use, shampoo…you know.
I first have my face cleansers and I have a couple in the shower. The Noxzema is mine and my husbands. I honestly purchased it because I love the scent and used it as a teenager lol. Reminiscing I suppose.
Then when I really want a good cleanse I exfoliate and wash using my favorite FRESH face cleansers. Fresh always has the best skincare right? If you have not tried any of their products you are missing out. I have so many that are almost gone and it’s making me a little sad haha. I might do an empties post of my favorite fresh items. Yeah?
Their new Sugar Strawberry Exfoliating Face Wash is amaaaazing. It smells so good and I also use it on my elbows, legs and knees. (Especially right before shaving). It’s gentle on my skin and doesn’t scratch it at all.
Then there is their soy face cleanser. This is their limited edition 20th anniversary one! It smells so fresh and never has given me skin issues. I always feel like my skin loves me so much after using this and it helps dissolve the makeup on my eyes to where I just need a quick wipe with a wash cloth to get it off.
Are you wondering what the image below is? Haha. It’s my almost gone lush shark fin soap. It’s pretty amazing and looks awesome in your bathroom. It is limited edition and when you purchase it you are also doing it for a great cause. Click on the image of the full shark soap to see what I am talking about.
pssst. see the seaweed?
Speaking of soaps I came across this new one I have been loving now by daily concept. It’s the Multi functional soap sponge mother of pearl! It really gets down to cleaning. They have a charcoal one I like but not as much as this one and this one is not as messy to keep in the shower. It does have a container which is helpful but the charcoal can be a little of a mess especially when the hubby doesn’t understand to put it back in the container. LOL.
I am getting a little ahead of myself. The soap is actually a multi-functional soap with sponge. Cool right?! It feels awesome on my skin.
Its soap on the outside and sponge on the inside! Not harsh on my skin and helps with skin texture. Oooh and it’s only $8.oo!
The million dollar question I always get. Is what I use for my hair! I am going to be honest. I switch it up a lot. I buy whats on sale, what gets sent to me or I purchase what others are raving about on instagram. As of now this is what I have been using.
My favorite shampoo is BIG by lush and this one I use when I have that money to splurge and the price of it is so worth it! My 7 year old loves using it too. It smells amazing and gives my hair the volume I need without using any other products.
Try it once and you will be hooked! I can smell it right now just by looking at the photo! MMMMM!!!
The other option is by another brand I really really like. TRESEMME. My hair always feels so smooth and looks shiny after using their products and their hairspray I use too. The hair spray smells sooo good!!
I bought the Tresemme shampoo and conditioner together for under $10 and the keratin smooth heat protect spray the same trip. (At target) The shampoo and conditioner smell so good. My husband compliments the scent each time. The conditioner makes my hair feel really soft. The spray helps with stubborn tangles and of course protect my hair from heat but tbh I rarely blow dry my hair.
Last but not least is what I use after every shower. Fresh sugar ultra nourishing body oil! Smells delish and gives you instant on the spot smooth skin. I love how hydrated it makes my skin feel after without having to apply lotion.
That’s it! That is what is currently in my shower. Would you guys like to see what is in my kids shower? That should be a fun post.
xx Cristeen

It’s been a while since I’ve seen someone mention the band Lush. And honestly, I miss it. I love the brand. I wish they got talked about more. And I’ve never tried that shampoo. Maybe I ought to.
