One of my favorite things about WW is you can pretty much eat anything as long as it’s portion sized end it has brought out my creativity which makes it so much more fun.
So when it’s “that time of the month” for me I am craving a lot of salt! Some weeks I will crave lots of sugar and that is how I pretty much got these little snack and dessert ideas. So I thought I would share them with you and I hope you enjoy the video below and if you have any ideas of snacks or what you would add or do differently with the ones I show then please let me know. I love this about WW also. I can eat what I want just in portions. I enjoy sugar free fudge bars for a snack at night.
