Hey You! I’ve got a review for you all and that is using the new Revlon PhotoReady Candid foundation. So before I get into this I have to say I love the Revlon PhotoReady Airbrush foundation . That one goes on so nicely and gives me the coverage I want. It covers the most stubborn spots and breakouts.
Okay, so now let’s get into the Revlon PhotoReady Candid foundation. So the package is a little small I would say for the price which is $10.99. It almost reminded me of a concealer package at first…but moving on..
The foundation package says it’s a natural finish Anti-pollution foundation! We all like to own a natural finish foundation right? Yes!
A creamy texture that goes on like a moisturizer, then blends invisibly to even out skin tone weightlessly
31 skin tone matching shades
Premium pump packaging
Medium buildable coverage, natural finish
Keeps skin feeling moisturized all day
I swatched a shade I thought would fit my skin color at first but it didn’t. (I did find the right shade on the video below this post.) The package itself like I said is a little small to me but I am so happy it had a pump. I love foundations with pumps because I feel like you don’t waste a lot of product.
I swatched the shade 230 and like stated before it was a little lighter than my usual foundations but as far as the way it felt it did have that creamy texture. It also blended nicely onto my hand.
I did try it on my actual face in the video below to see how it worked. I did however try it on during THAT TIME of the month and it does give a natural finish but not what I was looking for with my skin struggling at the moment. I do see my wearing it when my face clears so I will do another application video like a get ready with me using it. It blends nicely and easy (I first used the wrong sponge for it but after using another one it went on easy peasy).
I also wanted to show you real quickly these soft bristle brushes revlon sent to me and their setting powder! I have not tried the powder yet because I feel my skin is just too blotchy and dry at the moment….but the brushes! WOOH I Love!
