Hi friends! So before I begin I just want to ask “Who is the genius who came up with “foundcealer” I mean it’s so simple and why wasn’t it thought of before?! Right? Ha ha. Anyways, just wanted to hop on here and share an unboxing with you of some lovely tarte products I received and have now to this day used so I can chit chat about it a little for ya!
I got 3 shades of the tarte multitasking foundation. It is amazing! It’s very light not cakey at all and does a really good job with coverage. I wouldn’t say its FULL COVERAGE because my little freckles (aka age spots.. shhh) show a little but I don’t mind at all because it makes my skin look natural yet flawless the same time. I live in Southern California and it has been so hot so this has just been my go-to foundation for this weather. Plus it has Spf 20.
As far as the packaging. I really appreciate it because I am messy when I am rushing and foundation falls everywhere but this has a nice pump thats not messy at all. It’s a twist up and pump bottle. (don’t have to worry about losing the cap!)
Quick question? Do you apply your foundation with a sponge, fingers or a brush?
I don’t usually stick to one. It depends what is closer to me to be honest lol. However, when I get a new brush that is super soft I do grab that first. I love this new Tarte Foundcealer Foundation Brush too. It’s so soft and gets all the areas that are usually tough to get with a brush. It blends the foundation in nicely without leaving bristle marks around. Hate that!
