I am so excited to share this post (VIDEO BELOW) with you all. This is the FUTURE YOU GUYS!! haha, and I am so grateful to be able to try it out and share my experience with all of you.

I am curious as ever about my nutrient levels lately and instead of having to go wait at an appointment to get my blood collection I am able to be in the convenience of my own bedroom sitting on a chair with a painless device called the TAP . This device will be sent back and I get to see later which vitamins I need and they will send them to me. (I Love personalized everrrrything!! Do you?) ha.

It’s seriously so simple. You just sign up on Baze.com and you register to receive your nutrient testing kit. There you will get everything you need to take the easy peasy painless test.

It takes less than 10 minutes to do all of this but DO NOT forget to register you kit once you get the box.

The device is quick and doesn’t hurt at all. I was a little nervous at first (which you can see in the video) but it was nothing..seriously nothing to be scared of.

I then sent it back to a fedex drop off box using prepaid baze box and now I just wait for the certified lab partner to analyze my blood sample. Once they receive the box you will get an email notifying you of that. I stan a brand that keeps you updated LOL. (ps. that is the first time I every used the word stan in a sentence…or at all.. HAHA)
