As of now you all should know I am a huge CBD fan. I was also one of those people who had no clue what is was and assumed it was Marijuana ( a plant that gets you high where you need munchies). I did not want that at all. So every time I heard about cbd I would brush it off up until I actually watched a video about it and found it it does not get you high and helps with insomnia, muscle pain, headaches, depression and anxiety. I have anxiety and insomnia so I thought I would give it a go. Thank goodness my first brand of CBD was a good one because after learning more and more about CBD, hemp, gummies and drops I just was blown away by how some people are out there with fakes! So be careful and do research of the brand you are purchasing from and PLEASE always consult with your doctor to see if it’s ok.

Breakdown, it taste good, it works, The packaging is awesome and the dropper itself shows you exactly how many ml you are consuming. I do the full 1.0ml and it works for me. That’s the best amount for the best results. I drop it under my tongue and leave for about 30-40 sec and then swallow. It takes about 15-30 min to start kicking in. I take my drops in the morning and right before bed when I am reading a book. It helps my insomnia at night and in the day it helps me stay focused.
