You know what?! I love fall and during this whole COVID thing I can find a little comfort knowing fall is just a week away! In our home fall started two weeks ago. The decorating has been so much fun with the cozy farmhouse vibe. ( check my previous post to see the decor)
Not only does fall remind me of cozy decorations and crunchy leaves on the floor but when I hear fall my brain thinks “Pumpkin Spice Lattes!” Are we twins? Do you think that too?
I’m going to be honest I don’t really drink PSL’s..I stick to my iced coffees or cappuccinos. My husband however is usually the one who needs the psl the day it comes back but things have changed my friends!
When I was browsing through bed bath and beyonds website I noticed a nespresso machine was on sale and it came with an aeroccino so I had to buy it!
I had to buy it!
And It was worth every penny!
So what does that have to do with fall? Nespresso sells Pumpkin spice cake pods!!!! I bought them for my husband and challenged myself to make a copycat of the Starbucks psl and you guys I loved it!!!!! It came out so good and that is why I am here to say get a nespresso vertuoline coffee and espresso maker with the aeroccino. You will be able to make pumpkin spice lattes at home if you buy the pumpkin spice cake pods and I’m going to share my recipe. pssst , I even have new pumpkin decor from kirklands on this post I will link on the bottom.
First thing you want to do is turn on your nespresso to get it heated with an attitude and then you grab the machine.
You also want to warm up your milk in the Aeroccino (any milk of choice) and add a dash of cinnamon in the milk before turning it on.
Once your coffee is done you just add the milk And some pumpkin Pie spice on top of the milk froth and top with whip cream and add a little more cinnamon.
And there you have it! Pumpkin spice latte made at home!

Pumpkin spice cake latte

- 1 Nespresso Pumpkin Spice Cake Vertuo Pod
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk unsweetened
- 1 Tsp Pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- Fat free whip cream
Instructions
Warm milk and 1 tsp cinnamon in Aeroccino Place pumpkin spice pod in Nespresso Machine and start brewing
Add Warm cinnamon milk in Pumpkin Spice Cake coffee
Top froth with tsp pumpkin pie spice
Add whip cream Sprinkle tsp of cinnamon (Optional – add caramel syrup)
